**Job Description**
A Senior Business Analyst role is available in the Retail Banking sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing functional expertise in core banking, having worked on liability products including current accounts, savings accounts and term deposits.
The analyst will interact with business users and the technical team to understand functional requirements, document business requirements and process flows using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
The role involves providing feedback on test cases and supporting Quality Assurance for testing, supporting client UAT and engaging with business users to define scope, understand business processes, problem statements and pain areas.
The analyst will gather, document and analyse business requirements for core banking deposits including current accounts, term deposits and recurring deposits, analyse Nostro and Vostro account structures, settlement processes and interbank reconciliation requirements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* 8–10 years of experience in Banking and financial services, with a strong background in current accounts, deposits and other liability accounts.
* Experience in implementing Branch Banking.
* Proven experience with Nostro/Vostro account management, cash and position reconciliation.
* Design thinking skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholder expectations, and clear communication.
