Dynamic Sales Director
We are seeking a commercially astute and results-oriented sales leader with a strong background in a dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with business growth objectives and profitability targets.
* Lead, mentor, and drive performance across the sales function, ensuring exceptional customer service and achievement of KPIs.
* Identify and convert new business opportunities, while strengthening existing client relationships.
* Represent the business at key industry events, conferences, and networking engagements.
* Maintain up-to-date insight into market trends and competitor activity, adjusting strategies to retain a competitive edge.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
* Collaborate closely with clients to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
* Manage and enhance the sales training and development program for new and existing team members.
* Work with sales managers to monitor team performance and refine tactics in line with evolving business needs.
* Analyse commercial data to identify pricing strategies and revenue growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales leadership role (e.g. Sales Director).
* Consistent record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance.
* Demonstrated ability to lead strategic sales initiatives from inception through to execution.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in coaching, performance management, and team development.
* Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing abilities across all levels.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
* Strategic thinker with a strong sense of commercial and financial acumen.
