The Role
Lead and manage full lifecycle projects across automation, robotics, simulation, and process control.
Oversight of planning, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance on all assigned projects.
Development of project management principles and best practices within the organization.
Work with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and convert them into actionable scopes and budgets.
Lead, mentor, and support junior and intermediate project managers.
Management of financial performance, including cash flow, budgets, supplier contracts, and cost control.
Support procurement and project start-up, through to commissioning and client handover.
Identification, categorization, and mitigation of project risks.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering team.
The Person
Degree qualified in engineering or PMP certified, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept to completion.
Strong stakeholder and team leadership experience, including mentoring junior colleagues.
Excellent financial and risk management acumen.
Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP, and pharmaceutical project delivery is highly desirable.
Background in automation or robotics is a strong advantage.
Excellent communicator with strong organisational skills.
A valid driving license is required.
