Senior IT Support Engineer
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Level 3 IT Support Engineer to manage 2nd and 3rd-level support for both on-site and remote teams in a multinational environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide advanced 2nd & 3rd-level support globally for end users.
* Tackle intricate technical challenges encompassing software, hardware, networking, and infrastructure.
* Implement proactive solutions and preventive measures to minimize recurring issues, enhancing overall system stability.
Requirements:
* Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or hold relevant industry certifications.
* More than 5 years of experience in a comparable technical support role.
* Demonstrate proficiency with desktop support technologies, including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Active Directory, and SCCM.
* Bring experience in working within a cloud environment, such as AWS or Azure.
