What You’ll Do:
* Work cross-functionally with product, design, and other engineering teams to execute on product and business strategy and build innovative products and features for users.
* Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. Review code and design documents, provide feedback on product specifications and mockups.
* Participate with a team of thoughtful, fast-moving, and motivated engineers. Contribute to standards that improve developer workflows, recommend best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
* Continuously learn and improve technical and non-technical skills.
Who You Might Be:
* BSc degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* + years of professional experience developing user-facing iOS native applications at scale using Swift.
* Expertise in Swift and Objective-C.
* Familiarity with software engineering best practices such as testing, design documentation, CI/CD, A/B testing, code reviews, and documentation.
* Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on schedule.
* Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a remote environment and discuss complex topics with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed, innovative, and action-oriented in fast-paced environments. Passionate about building new things and thriving in ambiguity and failure.
* Experience in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Rust.
* Knowledge of GraphQL, REST, HTTP basics, and designing maintainable APIs is a plus.
