Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to manage Finance IT systems and applications across corporate functions.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive IT product roadmap, ensuring timely upgrades and patching.
* Lead a team of Business Analysts/Technical Specialists; mentor and develop their skills.
* Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and delivery partnerships to drive successful project outcomes.
* Plan, track, and optimize budgets, costs, and project timelines for maximum efficiency.
* Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture standards to ensure seamless integration.
* Promote effective project delivery and handover to business-as-usual support teams.
* Foster collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and innovations that drive business growth.
Key Qualifications:
* Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership roles.
* Proven track record of delivering IT projects and programs within budget and on time.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems.
