About The Job
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead Zyte’s SaaS portfolio of solutions for engineers. You’ll shape and deliver the strategies for our two promises to engineers:

Automated, lean access to any website with complete control
Make the AI software development revolution work for web scraping

This is a key leadership role driving growth—from product‑market fit and pricing strategy to acquisition, retention, and customer expansion. You’ll lead multiple product teams, mentor product owners, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, and Commercial leaders to shape our solutions and growth.
Product Leadership & Vision

Shape the high‑level product narratives, major features and priorities of Zyte’s portfolio of solutions for engineers, ensuring that each product’s roadmap delivers on our customer promises and our commercial growth goals.
Work closely with product owners of the SaaS teams for discovery of feature detail with close customer input, ruthless prioritisation, and high‑quality execution.
Champion the communication of our plans across the business—ensuring new products and features launch with poise, our sales teams are empowered, and the wider business is clear on our choices and direction.
Collaborate with engineering leaders to link product and platform thinking—ensuring our products have the necessary underlying technologies and that we exploit our technical strengths.

Growth, Acquisition & Retention

Set and drive team goals on key metrics—activations, adoptions, growth, and retention—and champion the refinement of experience, onboarding journeys, and speed to user value.
Lead a broader business programme of growth initiatives for SaaS—identifying, prioritising, and executing change actions across acquisition, activation, and retention.
Coordinate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to spot opportunities for improvement, execute, measure, and iterate.
Report on key performance metrics and product outcomes to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations for strategic decisions and resource allocation.

Pricing Strategy & Market Positioning

Lead activities to monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to inform product, pricing, and positioning.
Shape and evolve Zyte’s pricing approaches—finding optimal balances between competitiveness, market capture, ease of understanding, and margin.
Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to test pricing hypotheses, assess response, and support scalable revenue growth.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead a team of product owners responsible for Zyte’s engineer‑focussed products.
Foster a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and data‑driven decision making across product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams.
Ensure clarity and alignment across squads for timely delivery and impact.

Customer & Market Insight

Champion the customer—engineers, data professionals, technical decision makers, and data‑centric enterprises.
Monitor emerging opportunities and trends in web scraping, data, AI, and software engineering; prioritise these for action and shape responses.
Leverage user and customer insights to guide product priorities and strategic investment.
Hands‑on experience with code, a background in engineering, or significant experience building products for engineers is a must.

Requirements

7+ years in product management, with 2+ years in a senior or group‑level leadership role.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth levers—acquisition, activation, retention, monetisation.
Track record of managing and scaling successful SaaS or API‑first products.
Experience leading pricing strategy and go‑to‑market alignment.
Analytical mindset with strong communication and storytelling skills.
Hands‑on experience with code, a background in software engineering, or a strong track record building products for engineers.
Passionate about developer tools, data accessibility, and the transformative potential of AI.
