Job Title: Service Excellence Associate
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach with the team to deliver an excellent standard of service to all clients.
This role requires coordination and oversight of events, weddings, and in-room dining experiences. Close collaboration with clients is essential to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
In this position, you will be working as part of a cohesive unit to provide optimum service to guests while ensuring seamless execution of events from start to finish
1. Coordinate planning for various occasions such as corporate events, family gatherings,
weddings, and private parties
2. Oversight responsibility over food preparation processes including venue selection
