Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to oversee contract negotiations, compliance, and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with colleagues to understand business requirements and assess potential vendors
* Guide colleagues through an end-to-end procurement process to enable efficient engagement with stakeholders
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
* Maintain a contract database, tracking key milestones, renewals, and expirations
* Develop and implement vendor management processes to evaluate supplier performance
* Establish strong relationships with vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
* Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and industry trends
* Provide regular reports on vendor performance, contract status, and procurement activities
