* Position: Finance Operations Supervisor
* Reporting to: Head of Finance
* Location: Upper Sheriff Street (Hybrid)
* Contract type: Specific Purpose – Project Cover
* Salary: €57,280 - €63,170
Role Overview
The Finance Operations Supervisor will oversee the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable sections of the Finance Department to ensure day to day operations are being performed on a timely basis and process and procedures are adhered too. They will continually enhance improvements in procedures and policies and implement operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision
* Supervise and support a team of 11, ensuring workloads are balanced and performance targets are met
* Conduct regular one-to-one check-ins, providing coaching, feedback, and development support
* Oversee daily workflow, productivity, and attendance to maintain high service standards
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture aligned with Clúid's values
* Address performance or conduct issues promptly and constructively in line with policy
* Communicate updates, recognise achievements, and lead regular team meetings to maintain engagement and clarity.
Finance Operations
* Ensure the smooth operations of these sections to facilitate timely turnaround of service to our internal and external customers
* Produce monthly metrics on each section to aid performance/process improvements
* Manage the annual rent assessment process (circa 7,000) to ensure timely processing of assessments and communication with tenants and third parties.
* Ensure quality control over financial transactions, reconciliations and rent assessments
* Manage and implement improvements in processes, procedures and internal controls within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and interdepartmentally
* Assist in the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the Finance department
* Liaise with internal, external auditors and government departments
* Provide valuable financial and procedural insight to the business, which will include working with the various operational departments
* Manage the contract with An Post and other organisations that facilitate rent payment methods
* Assist the Head of Finance and Chief Finance Officer with additional projects
* Provide cover for other finance staff during holiday and other busy periods
* Any other duties which are consistent with your role
