Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sales Administrator located in Tralee, Ireland.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Administrator role involves providing the administrative support necessary to grow our business and enhance customer relationships to increase revenue and profitability.
What a typical day looks like:
* Work closely with the sales team and customers to provide efficient and comprehensive service; establish and maintain solid relationships.
* Assist the sales team with developing and growing business with new and existing customers.
* Provide sales administration support, working closely with the sales team.
* Possess thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services.
* Assist the sales team in preparing quotations for customers.
* Create sales orders upon receiving purchase orders from customers (if applicable).
* Provide and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) generated by the sales team.
* Assist the sales team in identifying sales opportunities, providing relevant research and information.
* Experience with CRM tools.
* Coordinate with the solutions team to ensure the sales team has all necessary support.
* Monitor sales pipeline performance to ensure quarterly and annual targets are met.
* Work with sales management to identify areas of improvement in the sales pipeline and develop strategies.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
* Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant.
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, colleagues, vendors, and customers.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Effective communication skills and self-motivation.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
