We are seeking a reliable and skilled Computer Systems Administrator to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and servers while providing technical support to staff and maintaining system security.
Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery procedures are in place.
Support end-users with technical issues and provide guidance on system usage.
Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement or maintenance.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
