Operations Manager
This is a key leadership role supporting management team, office staff and field engineers, ensuring seamless communication, organization, and service delivery aligned with our strategic goals.
The Operations Manager will oversee the smooth and efficient running of our office operations, including facilities management, procurement of supplies, and vendor relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
* Lead and support a team of office staff and field engineers to ensure smooth daily operations
* Supervise office operations to optimize efficiency across projects and service delivery
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal departments
* Oversee scheduling of staff and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous staff development
* Ensure adherence to ISO standards, Health & Safety regulations, and company policies
* Collaborate with senior leadership on business initiatives and brand presence
* Drive process improvements and contribute to long-term strategic planning
Requirements:
* Proven experience in operations or management (7 years required)
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and accounting/payroll software
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional responsibilities
* Understanding of ISO standards and Health & Safety compliance
* Flexible, proactive, and customer-first mindset
