Key responsibilities:
· Working with multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment
· Manage/Carry out and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance.
· Ensure upkeep of all site safety procedures and compliance.
· Ensure job closures are completed in timely manner.
· Ensure that monthly targets for KPI's for PPM and Helpdesk are met.
· Ensure all service reports are reviewed and remedial work captured and organised.
· Where applicable provide hands on support for other site staff.
· Undertake works as directed by the Site Manager.
· Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests.
· Report accidents in a timely manner.

· Trade Qualified Plumber
· Proven capability of working within a multi-skilled team in a hands-on environment.
· Approachable team player, able to work on own initiative and with colleagues and clients alike.
· Ability to maintain high levels of self-motivation, technical innovation, enthusiasm, attention to detail and commitment while working in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to prioritise jobs.
· Ability to multi-task
· Methodical / analytical approach to work
· Good problem solving and trouble shooting ability.

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year
