Key Responsibilities

* Provide expert HR and Employment Law advisory services to clients

* Lead workplace investigations (disciplinary, grievances, dignity at work)

* Offer strategic advice to clients on HR challenges and build strong relationships

* Research and stay updated on current HR and Employment Law trends

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have:

* A 3rd level degree in HR, Employment Law or equivalent
">">
* Minimum 3 years HR experience, with a focus on Employment Law and HR compliance

* Expertise in advising on company policies, procedures and Employment Law
">">
* Strong knowledge of unionised and non-unionised workplaces
">">
* Commercial mindset, adaptability and excellent communication skills
">">
* Ability to create HR compliance materials and deliver HR training
">">
