* Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) ideally coming from a Big 4 or mid-tier audit/accounting firm

Role and Reporting Lines
This position reports to a Financial Controller and is part of a high-performing finance team. You will work across departments to support accurate financial reporting and strategic insight.
* Reporting:
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
* Audit Support:
Liaising with external auditors and preparing year-end statutory accounts
* Budgeting & Forecasting:
Supporting the annual budget process and regular forecasting cycles
* Business Partnering:
Assisting teams across operations, commercial and sales with relevant financial insights
* Compliance:
Ensuring internal controls are in place and financial processes are adhered to
* Systems & Process Improvement:
Supporting finance system updates and automation initiatives
* Variance Analysis:
Investigating key variances and presenting findings to senior management
* Ad hoc Projects:
Participating in group-level and cross-functional finance projects
