€46k – €57k base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission scheme

What we’re looking for:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, sales‑driven and entrepreneurial individual to build their own ‘mini’ business and eventually develop into a Senior Road Account Manager. As a Sales Account Manager you are responsible for developing and maintaining your customer base within your allocated area/location and must have at least one year of Road Freight sales experience to be considered.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain your customer base within your allocated area/location.
* Source sales leads using the company’s in‑house CMS or other sources of information.
* Make outbound telesales calls to potential clients to profile and qualify the prospect using your knowledge of the Europa product portfolio.
* Visit potential customers and prepare quotations for presentation to the customer.
* For the first 12 months, manage the accounts in your business base by maintaining and developing the levels of business within that client base, ideally with the aim of becoming the sole supplier.
* Make regular proactive contact with your customers to ensure we are satisfying their needs and to develop further business opportunities within that account.
* After 12 months, focus exclusively on selling within existing customers and closing new customers to hand over to a customer service team.

Qualifications
* A strong, confident, and resilient personality
* Must have a full Irish driving licence.
* Passionate about sales and customer service.
* The ability to work well and thrive under pressure within a targeted environment.
* Have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
* Be eager to learn, develop and excel in your career within sales.
