Key Responsibilities:
* Manage new lettings and renewals within the portfolio
* Assist in the financial management of rent collection and provide monthly reports
* Achieve specific targets in lettings and renewals
* Maintain clear, effective, and timely communication with clients and colleagues
Essential Skills and Experience:
* A current PSRA License is essential (cat. C)
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Lettings
* Own car and full clean driving licence
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Understanding of letting management software
* A proactive attitude with a flexible approach to the demands of the role
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong organisational and administrative skills
* A good understanding of the PRTB and The Residential Tenancies Act 2004
