A Tier One main contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to lead the delivery of large, complex, high-density and high-rise projects across Dublin.
Sectors
High-density residential, data centres, medical/healthcare and social infrastructure.
Role
Overall responsibility for programme, cost, quality, safety and commercial performance. Lead senior project teams, manage key client relationships and deliver major projects from pre‑construction to handover.
Requirements
Proven Project Director or Senior Project Manager experience on large, complex projects with a Tier One or major main contractor.
