Finance Officer - Payroll & Finance Support An exciting opportunity to join a well-established, international organisation in a hands-on Finance Officer role.

What You'll Get Belfast City Centre (Office-based with hybrid option after probation) State of the art offices Excellent Salary £30,000+ Benefits: 32 days leave, pension, death-in-service, cycle to work scheme, health care cash plan, and more Less than 37 hour working week Immediate start available What You'll Do Manage monthly payroll processing for UK and ROI teams, including pensions and HMRC/Revenue submissions Oversee sales ledger: allocate payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with credit control Support purchase ledger: process invoices, handle payments, and reconcile supplier statements Maintain fixed asset register and perform monthly reconciliations Carry out bank reconciliations, margin and stock analysis, and support internal reporting Assist with financial audits, reporting packs, and administrative support across the team About You 5+ years' experience in finance roles End-to-end payroll experience Proficient in Excel and familiar with Sage (UK/ROI) or similar payroll/accounting software Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Working towards IATI or CIPP; Experience with Navision/Business Central desirable For further information on this vacancy, or any other Accountancy & Finance job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Chanel Gillen in the strictest confidence.
