Role Purpose:
We are seeking a results-driven marketing professional with a proven track record in delivering high-impact lead generation and revenue growth campaigns within the B2B space. This role is pivotal to our continued success in the UK and Irish markets and offers the opportunity to shape strategic marketing initiatives across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute
integrated B2B marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and revenue growth.
* Deliver campaigns across both
digital and traditional marketing channels
, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
* Collaborate
with sales and product teams to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
* Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders
to deliver campaign assets on time and within budget.
* Contribute to
strategic planning and innovation
within the marketing team.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
– A minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
* Minimum
5 years' experience in
B2B technology marketing
across Ireland and UK, with a strong focus on lead generation and revenue-driving campaigns.
* Ability to create engaging
create well written, engaging content
for various stakeholders and marketing channels, including social media, email and the company website.
* Strong organisational skills
and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and campaigns are delivered successful.
* Proficient in
tracking and analysing campaign performance metrics
, with proven ability to optimise future initiatives through post campaign evaluation.

* Excellent verbal and written communication,

* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Dynamics CRM & WordPress.
* Able to integrate AI tools into workflows as a complement to personal experience, creative thinking and analytical skills.
