Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: Cork, Ireland Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Our client is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations on a large-scale electrical installation project in Cork.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily onsite activities and lead a team of electricians.
Supervise installation of electrical containment systems: cable ladders, trays, conduits, trunking, and associated bracketry.
Oversee glanding and termination of SWA and AWA cabling in accordance with standards.
Take ownership of assigned electrical packages and ensure delivery on tight deadlines.
Communicate effectively with site management, reporting delays and proposing mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance with all local site health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale industrial projects (ideally pharmaceutical or data centres).
Ability to read and interpret complex electrical drawings and documentation.
Strong understanding of electrical containment systems and installation standards.
Knowledge and application of site Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient with MS Office and general site reporting tools.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
