Job Description
As a BMS/HVAC Engineer in Ireland, you will be responsible for maintaining systems to keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable, and cost‑efficient. Your role includes servicing critical building systems such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), building automation, and energy management, and building relationships with customers to understand their needs. This field‑based role covers clients mainly in the Dublin area but also requires travel to places such as Cork and Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities
Operate, maintain and interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
Undertake Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks on controls systems
Continuously ensure all energy‑saving measures for all building services are monitored and modified accordingly
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations on site
Qualifications
Experience within a similar role working with BMS systems or within Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical and Electrical engineering
Willingness to learn about new systems and operational procedures
A good awareness of Health and Safety and related risk assessments
Ability to troubleshoot and fault‑find quickly to resolve reactive work efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to compile and complete reports
