Our client, a national provider of disability services, is seeking a Clinical Support Officer to support service teams across a variety of regulated services. This is a key role aimed at ensuring high-quality, person-centred care through clinical oversight, training delivery, and best-practice implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert clinical support and advice to community staff teams.
* Design and deliver clinical training (e.g., medication management, positive behaviour support).
* Support services in developing and implementing risk management and compliance strategies.
* Contribute to service planning and quality improvement.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective healthcare support for service users.
Requirements:
* Nursing degree and training qualification (e.g., SAMs or similar).
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in disability services, including 2 years in management.
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, risk assessment, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., HIQA).
* Excellent communication, leadership, and team-working skills.
* Full clean driving licence and access to own transport required.
