As the business continues to grow and invest in digital transformation, they are now seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer to play a key role in supporting and enhancing IT operations across the organisation.
The Opportunity: This is a hands-on, senior support position where youll take ownership of IT systems, infrastructure and digital workflows across the business.
Youll work closely with the wider IT and leadership team to support continuous improvement, roll out new technologies, and contribute to the organisations ongoing transformation journey.
This role offers excellent exposure, autonomy and the chance to shape how technology supports operations across multiple business units.
What Youll Be Doing: Supporting, maintaining and monitoring the organisations infrastructure across hardware, software, networks and cloud services Leading and contributing to upgrades, migrations and new system rollouts Assisting with ISO ***** compliance activities, including security documentation and risk assessments Helping design and deliver Power Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency Supporting ERP lifecycle projects from requirements to implementation and post-go-live Providing escalation-level technical support and mentoring junior team members Working with suppliers and managing IT procurement where needed Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity planning About You Wed love to speak with people who have: Experience as a Senior IT Support Engineer / Lead IT Engineer Strong knowledge across Microsoft 365 and Windows Server Experience with CRM / Job Management systems Familiarity with ISO ***** compliance frameworks Experience operating cloud environments Knowledge of Power Automate and workflow automation Experience integrating mobile / handheld devices with business systems Telecoms & VoIP knowledge (desirable) Experience in Construction / Engineering / Utilities / Power / Telecoms environments (desirable) Full UK Driving Licence What Youll Get Youll be joining a supportive, collaborative and well-established business where development is encouraged and your work will have real operational impact.
