The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects from inception to completion.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
Manage projects through all phases, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Client Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
Financial Management:
Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
Contract Administration:
Manage contract negotiations, compliance, and administration.
Reporting:
Prepare and present project documentation, including planning, tender, and construction stage reports.
On-site Oversight:
Ensure all site activities comply with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Business Development:
Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals, and strengthening client relationships.
About You
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Proven experience managing projects from concept to handover.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with project management software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Experience with contract administration and on-site project management.
Chartered status or working towards chartership is desirable.
Aviation experience is desirable
