We are seeking a strong Salesforce Delivery Manager / Solution Architect for a top company in Dublin that is hybrid remote and open to permanent and contract options.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and developers to assess business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce services.
* Assist in the architectural planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
* Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards and to ensure scalability and functionality of the solutions.
* Contribute to the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and deployment guides.
* Aid in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development, testing, and post-deployment stages.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the final product aligns with business requirements and expectations.
Your experience:
* A bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience with Salesforce services development and administration.
* Understanding of Salesforce services architecture and knowledge of Salesforce services best practices and guidelines.
* Proficiency in Salesforce services programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
* Familiarity with Salesforce services integration patterns and experience with Salesforce APIs.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
