Role ContextThe Fixed Income product provides live data on Corporate and Sovereign Bonds, along with key analytical and industry-specific data points based on official documentation. This role offers a strong foundation in Fixed Income markets and allows for deep market understanding through hands-on experience and document analysis.
Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesReview and update corporate bond data using internal systems and proprietary softwareRespond to and resolve client queriesPerform quality control on securities dataIdentify and reconcile data discrepanciesBuild and maintain client and contributor relationshipsCollaborate globally on time-sensitive projects and new initiatives
Essential CriteriaDemonstrated interest in financial markets and strong knowledge of fixed incomeBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field or equivalent work experienceFluency in English and SpanishExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize and meet tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail with speed and accuracy in data processingProficiency in MS ExcelAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong written communication and presentation skills
