The Role
This role requires driving change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of new standards, processes, and tools related to AI. Effective stakeholder management, communication, and training are key to your success.
You will lead the identification and analysis of changes, business impacts, and training needs, consulting with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns. You'll facilitate effective communication throughout the transition and co-develop communication, product marketing, and training plans to ensure a smooth integration of new strategies.
Your Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in corporate training, communication, and/or change management. Familiarity with change management methodologies and strong consulting and project management experience are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently at a high level are must-haves.
A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening information technology knowledge and introducing change, you'll thrive in this dynamic environment. Prosci certification, experience with Articulate 360 and Adobe Create Cloud, knowledge of Generative AI and prompt engineering are highly valued.
