Lead Product Strategist
Overview of the Role
Seeking a visionary Lead Product Strategist to drive product innovation, collaborate with senior leaders, and define cutting-edge travel solutions.
* Analyze the online travel landscape, market trends, competitive environment, and user requirements to conceptualize and develop strategic products.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX, to design and implement game-changing travel experiences.
* Develop innovative solutions by collaborating globally across regions, product areas, and functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and launch successful products that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and allocate resources effectively.
3. Lead global product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of driving product innovation and growth.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.
* Experience developing and launching products, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* MBA or Master's degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficiency in data tools, including SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.
