Job Overview
This role is part of the Trust and Safety Service Delivery team, focusing on managing a large contingent workforce across multiple sites worldwide.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations for large vendor teams, ensuring consistent delivery on all SLAs for Sensitive Content.
* Lead and execute time-sensitive cross-functional projects from concept to launch, while monitoring progress, managing risks, and communicating performance to executives.
* Drive quantifiable quality improvement initiatives and identify gaps in processes, tools, and data while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to implement data-driven solutions and automation to enhance work efficiency and product safety.
The successful candidate will maintain alignment with Trust & Safety goals by collaborating with internal/external stakeholders. This involves owning the vendor governance plan including reviews, contract negotiation & renewal management.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills. Excellent communication skills are also crucial as they require collaboration at multiple levels within an organization.
