Job Overview
The Revenue Growth Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving hotel revenue through strategic planning, forecasting, and rate management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends, adjusting rates and offers accordingly.
* Manage and update OTA platforms ensuring rate parity and content accuracy.
* Prepare detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to develop and implement packages and promotions.
* Ensure effective inventory management across all platforms and booking systems.
* Maintain strong relationships with third-party partners and suppliers.
Requirements:
A minimum of previous experience in revenue management within the hospitality sector. In-depth understanding of revenue management concepts and occupancy strategies. Experience managing OTA platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills-able to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
