Job Title: Advertising Campaign Manager
Contract Duration: ASAP - 12 months +
Location: Remote (Ireland) with equipment provided
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Advertising Campaign Manager to support digital advertising operations across native advertising platforms for a Global Technology leader. This role involves managing lead generation workflows, technical ad setups, billing coordination, and performance reporting. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign success, revenue optimization, and operational excellence.
This position requires a blend of hands-on project execution and strategic collaboration, working across departments such as Business Development, Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Partner Management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage standard and custom monetization integrations for native advertising in collaboration with markets, developers, and vendor teams.
* Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on product capabilities, campaign performance, and future development.
* Deliver regular performance updates, lead monthly business reviews, and identify growth opportunities with partners.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and support system efficiency across advertising operations.
* Coordinate with partners and internal finance teams to ensure accurate revenue forecasting and invoicing.
* Track trends in the digital advertising and monetization landscape and propose strategic course corrections where needed.
* Provide feedback to internal teams on tools, systems, alerts, and reports that influence yield and customer satisfaction.
* Contribute to the prioritization and implementation of internal tooling improvements to optimize campaign delivery.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, including roles in operations, sales, product, or publisher environments.
* Familiarity with native advertising and digital media buying (reserved and/or programmatic/RTB models).
* Deep understanding of advertising platforms, campaign strategies, and industry trends.
* Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering innovative advertiser solutions.
* Strong project management skills; able to scope, plan, execute, and oversee campaigns across functions.
* Ability to operate across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups including finance, engineering, and business development.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative working style.
* Technical understanding of advertising platforms and campaign setup.
* Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and drive data-based decisions.
* Adaptable and comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
* High personal accountability and a strong team orientation.
* University degree required; MBA preferred.
