Post **** - Marketing Graduate (Clerical Officer Grade III) Dublin(NBC) Post **** Clerical Officer, Grade III Marketing (Donor Services) Department Full Time Temporary National Blood Centre The IBTS is currently recruiting a full-time, temporary Clerical Officer based in the Marketing (Donor Services) Department, National Blood Centre.
The IBTS is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Graduate to join our marketing department.
We're looking for a recent graduate with a passion for social media storytelling and a desire to learn.
The Marketing Graduate role is a varied and challenging opportunity to be part of a small but extremely busy marketing team, developing and implementing purpose-driven campaigns and initiatives.
Whether its ensuring existing donors continue to give blood, or attracting potential new donors, the workload is never dull, always varied and incredibly rewarding.
Youll be working on both digital and traditional marketing campaigns at national and local levels.
This is a great opportunity to start a varied and rewarding career in marketing Essential Criteria: You must possess a relevant, recognised third level Marketing qualification or related field.
Proven experience in creating content for social media (personal/university projects).
Good working knowledge of Marketing software tools e.g. Adobe, Canva, Social Media Scheduling and reporting, Email marketing software & CMS.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Show attention to detail.
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Be proactive and self-motivated and determined to achieve the marketing goals for donor recruitment and retention.
Desirable Criteria: Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
The salary scale attached to the post is the Clerical Officer Grade III scale €31,118 to €48,427 (incl. LSI) pro rata per annum.
Entry point onto the salary scale is dependent upon relevant experience.
