We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Design Project Manager to join our client's Learning Support team in Dublin. This is a full time contract role for 11 months. The role will be fully remote within Ireland.
The main function of the Instructional Design Project Manager will be to plan, direct, coordinate and execute creative projects (content development via learning authoring tools, knowledge management governance, and learning management systems).
The Knowledge Base (KB) and Learning Support System are crucial for empowering vendor teams by providing accurate, up-to-date information and training to support informed decision-making. Our ability to maintain the integrity of these core processes will have a direct impact on key organisational objectives:
1. Maximising the value of our human workforce (Scaled Ops)
2. Agent Enablement
Knowledge Management (50% of capacity):
* Design and build effective learning solutions.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the learning system, reviewing ongoing work and upcoming projects and collaborate with subject matter experts to develop eLearning and instructor-led learning assets in Xyleme LCMS and CSOD LMS.
* Continuously evaluate and maintain up-to-date learning material, and strategically package learning solutions in various scalable formats.
Instructional Design (50% of capacity):
* Develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge management strategy to capture, update, maintain and organise, and share critical workflow guidelines and information across the vendor sites, ensuring agents have seamless access to accurate and up-to-date knowledge, with a focus on improving operational efficiency, reducing knowledge loss, and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
Note: During the initial ramp up, you will focus 100% of execution on Knowledge Base elements of the role, while onboarding onto the Learning Design responsibilities. Over time, capacity required for each area will generally be split evenly.
Skills:
* Creativity, verbal and written communication skills and problem solving ability.
* Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
* Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
* Ability to utilize various forms of media, including print, electronic and film.
* Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software.
Education/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
* Experience managing large scale creative/digital projects
