* Hold significant relevant experience of Disability or significant elements of the case management processes such as placement, discharge liaison, co-ordination of packages of care etc. as relevant to the role
* Have experience of working in the Disability sector or other relevant sectors.
It Is Desirable That Candidates Possess
* A relevant third level qualification (NFQ Level 7 or above) on the National Framework of Qualifications maintained by Quality and Qualifications Ireland or equivalent qualification.

* Experience of working in a healthcare environment, ideally with people with disabilities in a therapeutic &/or frontline capacity
* Full Irish driving licence
* Access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role as post will involve travel.
