Audit Management Role
We are seeking a skilled Audit Leader to join our dynamic accounting practice in Dublin West.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading audits from planning to completion, supervising junior staff, and building client relationships.
* Support the planning, execution, and delivery of Audits in a timely manner.
* Meet with management to discuss the findings of Audits
* Assign roles to the audit team members
* Identify risk matters affecting the business
* Review the work of Junior Auditors
* Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies in data or figures
* Understand the commercial objectives of the business
* Liaise with external advisors if necessary
* Manage client expectations during the audit
* Collate Annual Financial Statements
* Train junior auditors
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients and bring files to partner review stage
Skills and Attributes Required for Success
* In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices
* Proficiency in software packages including Bright AP, Sage, Xero, and Brightpay
* Enhanced mathematical and analytical skills

* Proficient in preparing and submitting basic company and personal tax returns
