Location: Dublin - Hybrid Investment Administrator (Italian Speaking) Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent | Salary: €40,000 DOE We are seeking an Investment Administrator to join the Investment Department of an insurance/asset management company. This role is based in South Dublin and reports directly to the Head of Investment. Key Responsibilities: Checking daily Fund Administrator activities and attending periodic service review meetings. Acting as the point of contact for issues related to NAV calculation. Supporting fund oversight activities related to NAV calculation. Performing Share and Cash Reconciliations checks (including trades). Assisting and supporting daily activities with Custodians. Checking EMIR Reporting activity. Assisting in the development and setup of fund administration and investment operations activities (including EMIR processes) to implement new products or amend existing ones. Supporting the implementation/upgrade/revision of investment control processes and procedures with Fund Administrator, Custodian Banks, Asset Managers, and other external service providers. Assisting with the preparation of periodic and ad-hoc reports on portfolio holdings/performances and other investment matters to support internal committees and other company functions. About You Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance/asset management industry in a role related to fund administration/accounting. Exposure to asset classes including fixed income, equities, monetary, collective investment vehicles, and derivatives. Any previous experience related to EMIR reporting will be given great consideration during the selection process. Knowledge of futures contracts, forward contracts, swaps, and related trading processes is desirable but not mandatory. Fluent in English and Italian. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, quick learner with very good analytical skills.
