Your Role
As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Checking plans, drawings, and quantities for accuracy of calculations
* Monitoring and interpreting contract design documents supplied by the client or architect
* Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project
* Setting out using various instruments chosen by the company
* Supervising and monitoring subcontractor work
* Reporting progress of works to Package Manager and highlighting any issues
* Providing technical guidance and resolving unexpected technical difficulties
* Coordinating quality management and BCAR activities
* Ensuring adherence to planning, health and safety, and environmental standards
* Weekly and monthly reporting of data and information to site teams, key stakeholders, and partners
Requirements
* Degree qualification in Engineering (Civil/Structural)
* Significant experience as a Senior Site Engineer with a Developer and/or Main Contractor
* Strong setting out experience using equipment such as Total Station and GPS
* Full clean, manual driver's licence is essential
* Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment
