 
        
        Responsibilities:
 * Prepare a wide variety of desserts and pastries in quantity while maintaining high quality.
 * Ensure stock levels are maintained, and prep is done ahead of time.
 * Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to create new recipes and seasonal desserts.
 * Monitor the quality and consistency of all pastry items before service.
 * Maintain proper inventory rotation to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
 * Ensure all desserts are presented to a consistent and high visual standard.
 * Participate in daily prep tasks and contribute to overall kitchen efficiency.
 * Keep the pastry section clean, organized, and compliant with HACCP standards.
 * Support menu development and contribute creative ideas for new offerings.
 * Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
 * Stay informed about pastry trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements:
 * Minimum 2 years of experience in a pastry or professional kitchen environment.
 * Strong organizational and time-management skills.
 * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
 * Creative mindset with attention to detail.
 * Flexible availability, including weekends or early shifts as required.
 * Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
