Read on to find out how you could enhance your skills and gain valuable experience, by joining us to support our clients transition to a sustainable future.Role SummaryThe Anti-Bribery & Corruption (ABC) Associate is responsible for first-line defence Third Party Management (TPM) operations, ensuring Third Party onboarding and periodic review requirements / due diligence comply with internal policies and standards and external regulations.Business AreaOPPD - Third Party ManagementPosition DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on third-parties to support onboarding and periodic reviews.Apply a risk-based approach to financial crime, bribery and corruption.Conduct Negative News Screening, build Ownership structures, write assessment comments on adverse media and PEP/PO.Investigate and write assessment on potential breaches of ABC and TPM policies.Support Governance activities associated with the integration of ABC team and process into Third Party Management end to end assessment processCollaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance and Third-Party ManagementStay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.Liaise with Compliance and MLRO, Functional Business areas, Procurement and TPM Operations teams.Provide support to TPM Operational Team leads to produce Risk Control Reporting for TPOF and Operational Metrics to support team management.Maintain accurate records.Support the 4-eye check process and guide Users through ABC process.Qualifications:Understanding of anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).Knowledge of Ultimate Beneficial Ownership (UBO) structures and risk-based approach.Understanding of Third Party Management and associated regulations.Experience in KYC beneficial but not essential.Proactive attitude.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High ethical standards and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.What we offerFor all the expertise and experience you bring to help us make a difference, it's only sustainable if we support you to build your career and be your best self so we offer competitive company benefits, centred around promoting positive well-bring and work-life balance.
