Job Title: Career Opportunities in Customer Service
The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to provide exceptional service to clients. This involves managing tasks, providing excellent support, and learning to utilise IT tools and systems.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer services, strong self-management skills, and a proven ability to meet targets. They should also have a strong understanding of reporting tools and techniques, as well as PC skills including Excel.
A European language is an advantage but not essential. The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday with one of four shifts: 6am - 2:30 pm, 7am - 3:30 pm, 8am - 4:30 pm, or 9am - 5:30pm for training purposes.
