Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced Excavator Drivers and Groundworkers to join our team for upcoming civil infrastructure projects based in the Southeast. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in site works, trenching, ducting, and concrete work, and must hold the necessary qualifications and safety training.
You will be joining a team working on exciting and varied projects including substation builds, utility infrastructure, and renewable energy developments. These roles are full-time and offer long-term career opportunities with a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate machinery safely and efficiently in line with project requirements (Excavator Drivers).
* Carry out groundworks including ducting, drainage, concrete works, and general site preparation (Groundworkers).
* Follow instructions from site supervisors and work collaboratively with the wider site team.
* Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.
* Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
* Support with general laboring and site duties as required.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role on civil or construction projects.
* Valid tickets for relevant plant/machinery (e.g., CSCS, Safe Pass, Manual Handling).
* Strong understanding of site safety procedures.
* Ability to work as part of a team with a proactive and reliable attitude.
* Own transport to Clonmel or ability to reliably commute.
Package:
* Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 per year, depending on experience.
