About the Job
* Closely collaborate with the Field Sales team to drive sales in a specific territory, aligning with one coherent strategy and a collective quota.
* Owning the process of identifying and closing opportunities in your territory using Salesforce, from lead qualification to deal closure.
* Proactively identify, develop, and close sales opportunities through targeted prospecting campaigns.
* Actively contribute to the development of territory strategy and participate in sales funnel reviews as an essential member of the sales team.

Requirements
A bachelor's degree and 4 years prior sales experience (or equivalent experience) is required. Additional qualifications include:
* Experience in prospecting, acquiring new logos, and developing accounts through digital selling.
* A proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and sales KPIs.
* Demonstrated ability in team-selling and collaborative efforts.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong digital proficiency and attention to detail.
* A customer-centric, responsive, and collaborative approach.
* A strong affinity for technology and innovation.
* Language Proficiency: Native level of German, Business-level English, any other language will be a plus.
