KerryWe are currently recruiting for a dedicated and commercially astute Store Manager in Listowel, Kerry.As Store Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the culture, performance, and future success of the business. You’ll be leading a passionate and experienced team, including a strong Assistant Manager, and will have the autonomy to make key decisions that drive results. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong leadership to the table, and has a genuine passion for delivering retail excellence.Salary: €45k plus bonusKey Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for day-to-day store operations, including staffing, merchandising, stock control, and customer serviceLead the team through a high-profile store transformation, maintaining performance and standards throughoutDrive commercial performance through effective KPI management, including sales, margin, waste control, and cost managementInspire, mentor, and develop your team to achieve their full potential while creating a positive, high-performance cultureEnsure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and operational standards at all timesManage stock levels and ordering systems to optimise availability and minimise wasteRepresent the store within the local community, fostering customer loyalty and building strong local engagementThe Ideal Candidate:Previous experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a grocery, supermarket, or convenience retail environmentStrong commercial acumen and the ability to manage profit & loss, labour budgets, and other key business metricsProven ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams in a performance-driven cultureExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on leadership styleHighly organised, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to maintain high operational and compliance standardsPassionate about customer service, community engagement, and team developmentAmbitious, driven, and eager to grow with a business that rewards commitment and results
