Your New Job: As a Practice Accountant Advisory, you will act as a key advisor to clients based across the Roscrea and Templemore regions. You will be responsible for delivering strategic insights and financial guidance to help clients make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth. Practice Accountant Advisory responsibilities: Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across the Roscrea and Templemore offices. Delivering tailored advisory services in areas such as cashflow forecasting, business planning, budgeting, and succession planning. Leading client meetings and presenting performance reviews, forecasts, and actionable recommendations. Identifying operational and financial improvement opportunities within client businesses. Working collaboratively with internal tax, audit, and financial planning teams to deliver integrated solutions. Ensuring timely, accurate completion of client assignments to a high professional standard. Proactively identifying consulting opportunities and supporting wider business development. Contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of the firms advisory services. Practice Accountant Advisory requirements: A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent). Solid experience in a practice environment, ideally with exposure to advisory or consulting projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, solution-driven mindset. Confidence in managing client relationships and interpreting financial data for strategic advice. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
