Finance Risk Analyst
\
The role involves developing additional controls to meet business requirements, enhancing the finance control environment, and working with Oracle Fusion functional teams.
\

1. Develop and implement controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
\
2. Review and resolve segregation of duty violations on an ongoing basis.
\
3. Investigate and remediate transactional control violations.
\
4. Collaborate with Oracle Fusion functional teams to manage custom roles, access, and controls.
\
5. Maintain and oversee a role-based matrix for Finance applications.
\
6. Work with the Quality Assurance team to manage maintenance, defects, and change requests within Oracle Fusion.
\
7. Assist with ad-hoc Finance projects across various functions and enhancements on the Oracle Fusion application.
\
8. Liaise with Group Risk to ensure proper management, documentation, and resolution of risk incidents and action items.
\
9. Review aging of risk incidents and action items to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
\
10. Liaise with internal and external audit in relation to various control audits and queries.
\
11. Facilitate communication within the department by assisting and organizing sessions.
\
12. Coordinate, develop, and roll out training initiatives across Finance teams, liaising with the training department where necessary.
\
13. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of tasks assigned to the role.
\
14. Ad-hoc tasks and requests.
\
Required Skills and Qualifications
\

15. Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Accountant.
\
16. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required.
\
17. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS application, JIRA, Confluence is desirable but not required.
\
