Accommodation can be provided, this is in our dedicated Staff Accommodation.
The sous chef: to work and supervise the preparation of food in both sections (hot and cold) and to assure the food must be delivered in time, prepared according to the recipe and have the taste and presentation according to the established standards.
The chef de partie must work either in the cold section (cold starters/appetizers) or any station of the hot section (hot appetizers, garnish, grill, fryer, pan or sauce) and oversee the preparation of the mise en place in his section. The demis chef must prepare the mise en place and assist in the preparation of the menu.
Experience required: sous chef minimum 3 years’ experience; chef de partie minimum 2 years’ experience in either cold or hot section; commis chef must have minimum 2 years experience.
