About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join a high-performing team developing advanced solutions to combat financial crime.
You will collaborate with business, architecture, and engineering stakeholders to define requirements, create a clear and prioritised backlog, and support end-to-end delivery across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyse complex business and technical requirements.
Translate requirements into features, user stories, and a prioritised backlog.
Run backlog refinement sessions and monitor feature implementation.
Act as the bridge between business owners, architects, and development teams.
Support software design discussions and provide technical consulting during implementations.
Assist with escalations as a subject matter expert.
Review test plans to ensure alignment with acceptance criteria.
Document and support audit controls and PCI-related requirements.
Identify risks, dependencies, and impacts of new work.
Required Experience
5+ years as a Systems Analyst or similar technical role.
Strong analytical skills with proven experience gathering and interpreting requirements.
Solid understanding of system and architectural concepts.
Strong technical capability and ability to interpret complex information.
Experience with Agile, SAFe, and Scrum environments.
Proficiency with JIRA, Rally, or ADO.
Good understanding of database design and SQL.
Experience designing and testing APIs (JSON/XML, Postman).
Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently under pressure with high attention to detail.
Highly Advantageous Skills
Understanding of Java, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (PCF/AWS/Azure), microservices, and data structures.
Experience with data extraction and analysis.
Interview Process
Two stages: initial screening followed by a technical interview.
