* Manage all industrial relations matters with a focus on maintaining a positive and productive work environment
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual commitments
* Implement effective Workplace Health and Safety Management

Qualifications and Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years practical experience managing construction sites
* Proven track record in RC frame & Fittings experience
